Ingmar joined æternity because of his love for innovation on many levels which is embodied by æternity in an outstanding way. He has a track record in change management and new technologies like digital analytics, data science and IoT, always focusing on business strategy on one hand and coordinating the execution on the other. In his role as COO of æternity, he leads the overall operations team, including Operations, legal, hr and finance with the aim to support the æternity project on its great journey into mainstream.
